Description
This competition is a disastrous example of selecting wrong location for a competition.
Engelberg has hundreds of cables.
This task turnpoint was set in middle
Of 4 cables. Cloudbase was low and this was was after 3 other almost deadly accidents just a day before. At this day another accident happens making it 5 accidents 4 very severe is 2 days. To make things worse the task was not stopped even during helicopter rescue right before the turnpoint.
like many accidents, there was no reports, no updates no explanations and to get a report we had to force SHV, CIVL and organizers.
