DescriptionBureau Annexe 27A suggests creating a mandatory “Task Setter” for Cat 1 PG XC events. The task setter would be an individual not competing and would replace the current task committee. They must be extremely familiar with the flying venue and have experience setting tasks. They would perform the role at the test event so their competence can be evaluated alongside the rest of the organizing team. Are you in favor of this?

Description- Gagglerport.org could allow us to develop the exact community tool we need. We have almost 200 regitered people already. Database, role management, custom poll, survey... It is lacking a lot of features and is only 5 days old.
- Github is a full featured project management plateform well supported across the techies and the pilot community.
- Basecamp is a plateform used by CIVL, neat and clean. Many users are already experimented with it. -

Description- WhatsApp is the most popular and we have 400+ users already registered.
- Telegram is technically offering much more options (Bot and automated task with the website would be possible). It's almost mandatory for XC competition anyway (probably well supported around the community ?).
- Discord is full featured and built for community management but probably a bit more geeky and less downloaded by default ?
