What do we want ?
We have many different manufacturers, and sometimes they issue safety notices about their products. I noticed that the CIVL webpage for safety notices has not been updated since 2017. https://www.fai.org/page/safety-notice
I see that some federations, such as FFVL, DHV, and BPHA, have their own safety notice systems, some of which are more recent than others. Most of these notices are available in European countries, but I rarely see them in other federations around the world.

How do we achieve that ?
Since these notices are directly related to safety, suggest CIVL to centralize, coordinate, keep the safety notices updated and relay the notice to the worldwide federations. Also consider to allow pilots to subscribe to the email list and get the push update from CIVL related to safety notice.
