What do we want ?
A new world ranking system based on predictive algorithm (Elo / Trueskill). We need something that is less dependent to the current race format because else we can't evolve anymore. A grand prix with 40 super strong pilots ? Impossible you need a Pn (pilot number coef.) of almost 80. Weight category inside a same event ? impossible, same reason.
How do we achieve that ?
Collect previous results and rebuild the ranking according to a different algorithm. Predictive algorithm avoid well known documented flaw that impact current WPRS (Euro centered).
