To design a clear, practical and resilient framework that defines the legitimacy, protection, and continuity of leaders and moderators within the Pilot Union.

This working group is triggered by the potential withdrawal of Julien Garcia under external pressure, highlighting the need for governance mechanisms that prevent such vulnerabilities in the future.

The group will focus on:

Defining precise roles and responsibilities for leaders and moderators.

Establishing a regular individual community voting process (mandate confirmation and recall vote) to ensure democratic legitimacy.

Creating protection mechanisms against external pressure, personal attacks, or conflicts of interest.

Implementing a backup system ensuring continuity if a leader or moderator becomes temporarily unavailable or steps down.

This framework aims to make the Pilot Union durable, independent, and resilient.
